I have a Dec Pro 380....it seems to boot fine except that the keyboard is dead --no lights and no response from the keys. I have tried a known working keyboard of the appropriate model # (from dec support). Question--is there a certain controller/interface chip that has been known to fail in dec pro's that could be easily replaced? Or am i really getting my hopes up? I guess it _is_ doing a good job of keeping the door open. Thanks for any info... -bill -- bill petrisko petrisko@evax2.engr.arizona.edu n7lwo ...!uunet!4gen!warlok!gargle!omnisec!bill
