I have a PRO 380 running RT11 and would be interested in obtaining some flavour
of UNIX for it. Any suggestions?

I recommend Venix 2.0.  BSD 2.9 is a possibility, but it comes on tape
and is expensive.  These would *replace* RT11, of course.
