I've got a licensed copy of Code Blue v2.01 (the last and best) that I
will let go of for $50.00. Its complete with
docs,addum,keyboard template,etc.
It also has the patches for MS-Dos 3.10b in case you want to use it.

I paid $79.95 for it a few months back and it turns out that I don't
need it for my application (running a point). I understand that
the current price is $99.95.

If you are interested in it, give me a call at (504) 886-3713 after 6pm
or drop me a check in the mail and I'll ship it to you.

I have a copy of Autocad version 2.17 specifically made for the rainbow.
Comes complete with original documentation and something called the
"Betterments package". I dont have a rainbow but am told that it
works well. I would like to trade this for some IBM pc parts or
software. I know its not worth much. How about an 8 bit HD controller?
Also looking for Tandy 1000 memory expansion cards or Hd controllers.
Call me at reasonable hours at 508 460 1643 EST.

Caroline logged onto this BBS recently, from Dahlgren, Va. If you can't
reach her any other way, let me know and I'll dig out her
phone no. from the user list.

GT> a:WordPerfect any version for the bow b:That myth that's called Code
GT> Blue, that I haven't found anywhere so far!

Codeblue is not free. If you can buy the latest copy and have ms_dos
3.01b you can run the latest ibm Wordperfect version 5.1 on the
rainbow with lots of memory and harddisk (must convert ibm disk
to rainbow disk to install).

Have been told the rainbow!! version 4.2 runs without codeblue.
Someone may have a copy to sell or trade. Check the MESSAGE
YARDSALE AREA on your local BBS.

GT> The monitor for my Rainbow sporadically loses vertical sync and
GT> displays the screen's contents in several copies at once, making it
 GT> unreadable.

The vertical synch can be adjusted easily. Remove the cover (single
screw in back, covered by a spherical plastic plug), exposing
the adjustment wheels on the side of the component board.

 GT> I have a Rainbow with a 10 Meg hard disc and 2 floppy drives. I am

Norton QU will do it. Just takes a little effort because it asks you if
you want to undelete each file, then they must be renamed to
replace the first letter of the filename.
