	Why? For any of the PDP11s of that era, you just would buy the
	appropriate boot ROM from DEC. Digital does not clobber you, prices
	are quite reasonable. What I would do would be to:

	1/ Connect up to DEC-Direct, got to parts, and do a pattern search
	   for ROM, BOOT, etc. (If you don't have a DEC-direct phone account,
	   get one. It makes DEC shopping much easier, effectively bypassing
	   your typical non-technical sales-person.)

	2/ Go to documentation for the bootstrap board. Many of them list
	   what each of the bootstrap boards roms do.

	If your machine has console odt, the first thing I would do would
	be to look at the normal locations where PROMs can reside and see
	what was already installed.

	If you need help, send me e-mail message, I'll look up what you need.
	Probably would be a waste of net bandwidth to a VAX and UNIX dominated
	area.
