A "real" PC keyboard for DEC workstations?

I want a "real" PC-feel keyboard for my Maxines. I don't like the
old-style DEC keyboards and the new-style PC-kinda-like keyboards
still make my hands cringe with carpal tunnel syndrome. Does DEC, or
any third party, make such a beast?

Who works on ergonomics at DEC? Can I mail them?

My hands are *killing* me... grrr...
