Well this is excellent in theory. I wish I could get it to work. On my DECstation, I have a QMS PS printer plugged into tty01. When I set ct=dev lp=/dev/tty01 in the printcap file, the new ln03rcomm hangs: debug level 1 shows it starting, and it doesn't exit until the job is lprm'd. If I set lp to output to a file, it writes quite happily, and I can then cat that into tty01. Which is a work-around to an extent. I've tried all the obvious xs/xc/fs/fc switches. Any idea what the problem might be?
