Cache parity errors on DS5000/200

   In the past few months we have started getting alot of
   Cache parity errors on several of out DECstation 5000/200's.
   This only started happening after these machines were updated
   to Ultrix 4.2a, but I am not sure if that is related. Can
   anyone tell me what causes these errors? Is this necessarily
   a hardware problem?
