Start with a newer version of emacs from prep.ai.mit.edu, along with
oldXMenu.tar.Z from the same place.  XMenu.h is in the oldXMenu.tar
stuff, so you'll need to make the emacs build look in the directory
you unpacked/built XMenu in for it.
