  Speaking of WNT, I only need to know one thing about to tell if it is
worth my time...did Cutler include a QIO system call, and if he did, is
it in a near identical format to every other DEC system he was involved in?

  GIven that one call, and his reputation for only writing one style
of OS, everything I am interested in in an OS will follow automatically.

  Surely someone out there has a developer's pre release version by now...
