  I believe that you would use

	setenv haltaction b


However, you can find some on-line documentation on gatekeeper under:

	gateeeper:pub/DEC/DS5000_boot_commands.ps
			  DS5000_newboot_stuff.tar
			  DS5000_console_command_comparison.ps
			  UWS_boot_commands_DS5000.ps

That should have everything you need.
