PCS is located in Munich, Germany. I don't have their Email address but you could call up information to get their telephone number there. I'll also copy the soc.culture.celtic newsgroup as I believe I have seen a lot of activity from PCS Munich there. I visited their plant a few years ago, as we were looking at possibly reselling some of their products, prior to the buyout by DEC of the Kientzle group, including PCS.
