termcap entry for VAX station II

Hi
I have just inherited an old VAX station II running Ultrix 1.1
Without any documentation trying to find out the termcap settings is going to 
take a long time ...
Has anyone out there got any info on what the terminal type is that we need
to set so we can use a screen editor.
