couple of NCS related questions:

	1)  I notice there is no ppfm.idl or ppfm.h in the decstation's
	version of NCS (1.5). Was this something added in 1.5.1?

	2)  What is rproc.idl, and why is the proceedure it contains -
	rproc_$create_simple undocumented?  I've seen it on 1.5 and 
	on 1.5.1.  Doesn't seem to be in libnck.a, either.

and I'll summarize if there is sufficient interest.
