We've got several undergrad labs full of VXT 2000 X terminals running
off Ultrix DECStations (okay, they have no display so they're
DECSystsems) and would dearly love to be able to lock some of the
configuration information against changes to prevent mischief.
You can do stuff like this if you have an Infoserver, but we don't;
is it possible to do this without one? Is DEC thinking about making
it possible?
On a similar topic, does anyone know what changed from release
1.0 to release 1.1 of the VXT software?
Thanks in advance.
