*** Replacement of Financial System ***

I am with a Pennsylvania school distric and we are currently starting to plan
the replacement of our Financial system.  Being in Pennsylvania, we must comply
with the accounting requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

If you have any information on good packages (or better yet if you are an
education institution, what software are you using) please let me know.

Our base requirements are:

	() General Ledger
	() Budgeting
	() Account Payable
	() Purchase Orders
	() Payroll
	() Receiving 
	() Inventory Control
	() Must run on VAX VMS
