I have a VAXstation 2000 in which we have installed a DSH32.  This is a combo
board that combines a DST32 (synchronous interface) and a DHT32 (8-line asynch
interface).  We're running under VMS 5.3.

The DSH seems to be working ok, but only if we disable the workstation video
driver load at boot time.  There is some documentation on the interrupt vectors
for VAXstation 2000s in Appendix C of the VMS SYSGEN manual, but it is not
terribly helpful.  According to a .COM file created by the installation of the
WAN Device Drivers software, the interrupt vector and CSR of the DSH should not
collide with the vector and CSR of the video option, but it seems that they do.
The .COM file puts the vectors far away from the other vectors in the system,
but if we let the video hardware start it seems that they still collide because
we then crash.

Has anyone successfully installed a DSH32 in a VAXstation and gotten the
video hardware to continue working?

Does anyone know anything about how interrupt vectors and CSRs are assigned on
MicroVAX 2000's?
