DECwindows is really just X11 + the usual DEC braindamage.  Any of the
image viewer programs (or any other clients) you can find in the "contrib"
directory on any X archive site (such as export.lcs.mit.edu, or ftp.uu.net)
should work fine.  You'll have to specify "-I/usr/include/mit" to compile
them though as DEC in their infinite wisdom moved the compatible include
files from their normal directories.
