VR-290 Specs?

Is there someone out there who could pass on the following info about
the VR-290:
 
1, Horizontal and vertical sync frequencies.
2. Video Bandwidth
3. Horizontal & Vertical sync pulse width & polarity (I know they are
   on green).

I'm trying to build an Xconfig file for BSD386 (with an ATI Graphics 
Ultra).  The ATI will drive the VT290 fine cause I can get a nice 
1024 x 768 with the custom monitor setup utility under DOS.  This is,
however, of precious little use with BSD.
