Need to read Ultrix Condist on VMS System

We do inhouse software redistribution and now that we are getting our
Ultrix software distribution from DEC on CONDIST (the consolidated CDROM
distribution) we would like to be able to spin it on our INFOSERVER and
access it from a VMS system (yes, I know, Ultrix systems can get to the
INFORSERVER as well, but there is a specific need to log into a vms
system, access the ultrix condist and then ftp (TGV's) it to an ultrix
remote site). Has anyone done this? Obviously the software has to arrive
in good enough shape to be then installed.

Thanks
