It'd be useful to hear whether this is a common problem. We have also
purchased two 5000/25s, and have been happy with the monitors (VRC16),
once we diddled with the external controls a little (one arrived with the
picture not centered correctly on the tube, and was therefore having
focus problems at the top right corner).

Has anyone else had trouble with 5000/25 monitors?
