🚀 go-pugleaf

last march, i posted that DEC was going to do more with the Internet and
asked customers to send me suggestions as to what they would like to see
us do. one of the most common requests was to make patches available over
the Internet. we are in the process of looking at doing this. THIS IS
NOT A PROMISE THAT IT WILL HAPPEN, IT IS A REQUEST FOR FEEDBACK AND HELP
WITH JUSTIFICATION ON WHY WE SHOULD.

so i'd like to hear from you on these questions:

should DEC make patches available to customers over the Internet?

if so, why do you think this is a good idea?

any comments/suggestions on implementation of this would be welcome as well.

i can't overstate this: we are CONSIDERING doing this, but are in no way
PROMISING that we will. but your input could help greatly.

the people putting this proposal together have promised to let you know the
outcome to all respondents.

look forward to hearing from you,

g.
