The disk is 3.5 inch.  For more $$$, you can get a 1.0GB disk.

From memory:

Three TurboChannel slots total (but the HX takes one slot) and a SCSI connector
on the back (up to 7 devices total on one bus).  Two 3.5 inch disks and one half
height 5.25 inch (RRD42, TLZ06, TKZ10) internally.  Of course, there's
Ethernet out the back (FDDI available via TC card).  One async/sync port (only
sync for OSF/1 upto 19.2Kb) and another asynch port too.
