Hi, folks!

Just sent to alt.sources my new file commander.

 I call it SHELL.

It isn't Norton - I supposed what 2 windows are too strong restriction,
It's not Windows - cause it works on VT[123]00 terminals,
It isn't PCTools - but I always remember about the last when writing this

  movable & resizable multiwindowing file commander.

  No restrictions are given to this release, its absolutely free for use,
But if you use SHELL you are charged to express your opinion. If you know
something about programs are like this commander, I would be very thankful
about any info, moreover it would be fine to get some comparisons among them.

There are 4 context related helps VMS-Help style made, you may extract the text
and correct it if necessary.
It's about 100K length.
Simple to install.
SMG based.
Written on VMS 5.2.
Linked with shareable libraries.
Pleasant to use.
Try it.
