Looking for driver for XMI Ethernet controller

Does a publicly available driver exist for DEC's XMI-based Ethernet controller
(called a DEMNA I believe)? If such a beast exists, I'd appreciate any
pointers to it. This driver would need to run under Ultrix 3.0. Thanks in
advance.

regards,
