PathWorks NETTIME Question...

Does anyone have info as to how the server for PathWorks NETTIME is set up.

 I have a PathWOrks 4.1 server, with a Pathworks 4.0 server also available...

When I issue a "NETTIME<cr>" command, the 4.0 server responds. However,
if I take the 4.0 server offline, the 4.1 server does not respond *unless*
I specifically designate it's name ("NETTIME <SERVERNAME>"), as it then
responds appropriately...

Is there some DECnet object, or some system parameter that needs to be defined ?
