PostScript in lps20, help!!

We have some problems to some of PostScript files (not all of them)
in our lps20, and these files can be printed in QMS or HP without
any problems. Lps20 can print most of PS files, only some 'special
or complicated' PS files can't be printed.
May be we need more fonts? How can I find out how many fonts we have?
Any suggestions?
