I need to remove the harddisk on a DECstation 5000/200 and set it up to remote boot and operate from a SPARC II. As the customer has misplaced virtually all documentation - and particularly the system administration stuff - I would appreciate any pointers as to the necessary setup and pitfalls. I know that the DECstation can be setup to remote boot via the REX command: 3/mop (don't remember the exact syntax) I am am familiar with the typical setup using tftp to boot a diskless workstation. The SPARC and DEC currently have access to each others file system through NFS. Thanx for any help -- Roland Besserer QUAD Systems roland@quadsys.com
