uVAX->PC file transfer via DELQA?

     We have a MicroVax II with a DELQA running Ultrix 4.1.  I'd like
to be able to transfer files between my PC and the VAX using some kind
of Ethernet card and software on my PC.  Does anyone know of a cheap and
easy way to do this?
