Help with a DECrepeater 350 (10 base T Repeater)

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.  I have several PC's using a 
Gateway 10baseT hub.  I can get to a Novel server or my DS 5500
with no trouble.  I tried to replace the Gateway hub with the 
aforementioned DECrepeater and nothing works!  I had a spare and 
got the same results!

Has anyone experience this?  Thanks in advance,
