I'd like to "borrow" someone's uVII Customer Diagnostics tape.  I'm
interested in the version that allows access to the RD disk formatter.

We've got an RD53 (don't laugh too hard) that is in the process of flaking
out.  At this point, it's occasionally replacing bad blocks at multiple
locations on the disk.  I'd like to try reformatting the drive in an
attempt to bring it back online.  Yah, yah, I know it's 67MB is
dwarfed by our 1.34GB drives, but we can use the space.

We have a copy of the uVII Customer Diagnostics tape, but it's one of the
earlier releases that does not provide access to the RD disk formatter.
I wouldn't be surprised if my version has the formatter, but just
doesn't provide access to it.  As an alternative to providing me with
one of the later releases, if someone could provide tips as to how I
can access the formatter on my tape, I'd greatly appreciate it.
