WPS-78 -> PC transfer

Anybody know if there is a DX protocol handler for MSDOS that I can
use to transfer documents off of a WPS-78? I would like to move them
into a more modern environment (and less expensive to fix). I am able
to establish communications between the two systems, but I can only do
a "CX" transfer which loses all of the format information (rulers, etc.).

As a last resort, I might me willing to buy something from DEC if they
have an appropriate software package.

Any help would be appreciated.
