I will assume one of those others is Gail Grant.  She has been "spear-heading"
this for quite some time through the voice of users - CAB (Customary
Advisory Board).  It was my understanding that she has already submitted
something to the "powers to be", months ago. I believe she can be contacted
at grant@pa.dec.com (or something like that:)).

Looking forward to the next CAB ....
