DOS-to-POS floppy program

A year or so ago someone mentioned they had a program to
permit a DEC PRO-350 (don't laugh!) to read/write MSDOS
diskettes. If someone has or knows about such a program,
I'd appreciate it if you could tell me how to get a hold
of it. Soon I'll have an AT&T PC 6300 sitting in the
same room with my PRO-350, and I don't want them to just
laugh at each other. I'm also not convinced that direct
connections will be all that easy (different Kermit dialects,
etc).

Thanks! Steve Frysinger
