Setting VMS File Revision dates

Does anyone have a code fragment to set the file revision date
of an existing file to an arbitrary quadword time?

I have code that uses RMS and the XAB to get the file revision date, but
not to set it.

Ultimately, I would like to call this fragment from VAX C. I know that VAX
C, in its Unix I/O emulation functions, gives you read access to the revision
date via that fstat call, but I don't think it lets you change the date.
