Real X11 under DECwindows via TCP/IP

Is anyone aware of a package which allows one to run real X11 under
DECwindows via TCP/IP (we're using CMU's package). The X implementation
in DECwindows is native, so can only run X applications that have
been compiled under VMS.

Any information is appreciated.
