Looking for Basic+ to C translating program

I have a client interested in converting a whole batch of BASIC+
application programs to C or C++, and am looking for an existing
program that can do the first pass of the translation process.

If you know of such a beast, public domain or otherwise, please
reply (email) with info I can use to get one. Thanks in advance.
