Some of our users like to type in capitals all the time, especially under VMS. However, when they login to a unix system they frequently forget to turn off the caps lock and the environment is all messed up. I would like to write a com file that forces the lock off when TELNETting to unix machines. So far, I've been unsuccessful. Has anyone ever found a way to turn off (or on) the "Lock" key by writing some control sequence to the VT? We've got a VT200 manual, but it doesn't mention anything about caps lock. Is it possible to do this through software? Any replies would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Mark @ ..uw-beaver!ssc-vax!ssc-bee!simnet
