Memory chip for MS11 UNIBUS memory

I am looking for a substitute memory chip for the MS11 4KW UNIBUS memory
board. The chip is a MK4096 (Mostek). I think it is a 4096X1 bit DRAM
but I have no other specs. Anybody have a substitute number?
