I have two new drives of the following specifications that I'd like to sell to
someone who can use them:
Northern Telecom, Mercury Series, 8" Winchester SMD drives.
     1123MB Unformatted Capacity.
     Average Seek 16.5ms.
Require +24VDC and +5VDC power supply

In addition to the drives, I also have one power supply, one complete
set of cables, several SMD terminators and the drive manuals. I originally
picked these drives up for my PDP-11/34a but later found out my drive
controller can only support up to 600M drives. Both drives are excellent
condition. They are unused other, aside from having been plugged in and
spun up once. I would really prefer to sell both drives to one person, and,
ideally, someone in the bay area so that I can deliver them rather than
trust them to the Postal service. Asking $1,000 for the pair, or best
offer.
