DEFINE/KEY

For the longest time, I have been trying without any sucess what so ever
to determine how DCL define's its keys (as in a DEFINE/KEY command).

If anyone has any ideas, helpful hints, kernel mode code, whatever that
they think might be useful, I would seriously appreciate it.

To date, I have done everything including hacking through my P1 space
to try and determine how it's done. My ultimate goal is to define keys
from within an executable image, and have the keys stay defined after
image run-down (as opposed to the SMG version which is oh-so-close to
what I want).
