Not exactly... 

The RZ24 is -almost- a CP3200F. Digital pays Conner to put different ROMS
in the RZ24 version of the CP3200F. Other than the different ROMS (which
make the RZ24 useless in just about any other machine, BTW) the drives are
identical.
