This set of clubs is circa 1960-1963. The bag is in good shape for the age except for 2 known defects:
There is a small hole in the side shown by the white arrow in the pictures. 
The outter strap has separated at the top. 
There are 7 clubs total. 1W, 3W, 3I, 5I, 6I, 7I, and putter. The irons have "Signature Model Reg No. 45221N" with the signature of Jackie Pung on the neck (see picture). There are even balls and tees in the ball bag. This set has not been touched in years, probably since 1963.
