My ISP went through a number of Micropolis 4Gig drives in a short period
of time (about 3 months). I believe they had about 4 or 5 of these go
bad. I don't know the model numbers unfortunately.

I'm using Seagate Barracudas (14 2G drives) in a Pyramid. No problems
what-so-ever with them in 8 months of operation. I believe the trick,
is to insure that they get plenty of air-flow over them to insure they
are able to disapate the heat properly.
