I don't think so, please correct if i am wrong.  I have similar thing, but
I am using Charon (SMTP gateway by Brad Clements) to have a LPD running.  On 
Netware server, i define a queue associate with the print server.  From there, 
I can do lpr <filename> -H <hostname or ip address> -P <printqueue name>.

I think there is a another LPD that uses winsock.  Try to archie on WSLPD.ZIP 
or ftp to ftp.cica.indiana.edu.  This will run on your PC, save you some time 
setting up Charon.
