my new hp has been working great until i got up this a.m. none of the keys
will work w/the shift key for upper case letters. don't know what happened
if the cat walked across it during the night or what. can you tell me what i
need to check...question mark does not work either....
have checked the connection to the tower, but that's about all i know to do.
thanks for any direction you can guide me in. hope this doesn't mean a visit
to the repairman already..

Both right and left shift keys are out?
