Hello, I currently have a V34 modem connected over a 19200 bps serial line with a HP 9000/370 machine that is running HP-Ux 9.03. The machine has BTW several 98642 multiplexer cards as well. This means that, knowing that the V34 modem can exchange data at a rate up to 115200 bps, the serial line towards the HP itself is the bottleneck in having a high throughput. Do you happen to know if I can make the HP 9000/370 port or a 98642 serial port work at rates higher than 19200 bps, under HP-Ux 9.03, and if so, how ??? When replying to the newsgroup, I would appreciate a copy to myself as well. Thank you most kindly :-) Lieven
