What to do with HPUX 'rackmount' kit?

I've got a kit here, which was discarded from my workplace, and I'm not
quite sure what it is, or what to do with it.

It's not a complete rack, but looks more like a mini-frame to hold a K or D
class server. There is a base, sliding rails, and a frame that has to be
put together. I estimate it would stand ~3 feet high assembled. There's
also 6 VERY heavy metal plates to be used as counterweights on the base (To
hold the base on the floor when you slide the server out of the frame).

What exactly is this? What is it's value? Anybody interested in it?

I don't think Ebay is an option, as the whole kit weighs ~130 pounds,
including the counterbalance weights. Neither is keeping it, as I have no
plans to ever get a D or K (have an apollo which is sufficient). The
sliding rails, etc, are not compatable with my own standard 19" rack.

Thoughts, suggestions?

I would have liked to help, but unfortunately my family lives in Germany.

Jan, I am afraid you have mistaken... I presented the quote the condemn it,
not condone it.

Best regards,
Dan.
