COMPANY: North American Mortgage Company Production Headquarters LOCATION: Santa Rosa, CA TITLE: Senior Project Manager TYPE: Perm SALARY: $70 - 90K Depending upon exp. POSITION: Responsible for the overall coordination of the activities involved in the life-cycle of systems development projects. This involves knowledge of both project management methodology and systems development methodology. Responsible for resolving issues impacting delivery of the project. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED: 5 to 7 years project management including structured analysis and design. 3 to 5 years structured analysis and design with a solid understanding of the common techniques used throughout the systems development lifecycle. 5 to 7 years conflict resolution, communication, leadership, facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills. 3 to 5 years technical awareness if issues related to developing in the targeted platform and toolset preferred. 2 to 3 years experience with the following desired: Mainframe, AS/400, UNIX, Client Sever and CASE preferred.
