<sigh> Ok, I'm sorry if my writing style is somewhat cocky, but by now
you should know better than to react this way. I just like to stir up
things a little bit. If you read these newsgroups regularly you should have
noticed that the same simple questions are being asked over and over again,
and it makes one think X-Wing is something over-hard and requires special
talents to master. I just want to provide the opposite proof, that in fact
nothing in it is beyond human limits. I'm not trying to prove that I'm the
only one who can do these things. I'm well aware there are other pilots out
there who could do it just as easily but don't bother wasting their time.
What I actually want to achieve with these postings is not to build my own
ego, but to build confidence in others so they won't stop trying because
they think something's impossible.
About your last statement... go ahead and shoot me down if that turns you
on. I would be rather pleased to find some real competition in X-Wing but
so far it's been a rare occasion. I guess my implicit purpose, other than
providing information, was to dig the ground a little bit and try to find
new challengers. So please, try to shoot me down... if you're up to it.
"I can feel your anger. I am defenseless--take your weapon. Strike me down
with all of your hatred, and your journey to the Dark Side will be complete."
