Have a new PII-300, 128 MB RAM, with an STB Velocity 128 (Riva 128), and
a 19" monitor.  The Riva works great, but just to muck up the works, I
decided to throw in my Monster 3D.

Problem is with all this heavy iron, I can't do better than 60 HZ at
640*480 and 800*600 with Desktop|Properties|Monster 3D settings.  I even
tried putting SET SST_SCREENREFRESH=75 in my autoexec.bat, only to have
this parameter overwritten back down to 60 each time I access the
Monster 3D settings.  Am using version 1.09 of Monster drivers and v1.30
of the STB Velocity 128.

Could the problem lie with my monitor.inf file?

Any help appreciated!
